We aim to send out all orders within 2 working days after you place your order, during busy periods such as sale events this could be slightly longer. Once we send your order, you’ll receive a email to let you know it’s on the way.

We think returns should to be easy. All you need to do is send it back in the same condition you have received it within 14 days of delivery, you’ll just need to cover return postage.
