Ordering

What is the status of my order?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive updates as we pick and then send out your order. If you’ve selected a tracked delivery option, you’ll receive details on how to track your order.

What if I want to change/cancel my order?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we try and send out orders as quick as we can.

Please send an email to hello@proudsupplies.co.uk with your order number.

I'm having problems placing an order. Can you help?

Please contact us if you are having issues placing an order and we will do our best to help you.

It might be worth checking the following:
- Your payment details are correct/not expired.
- Your billing address for the payment method is correct.
- Your internet connection is stable.

Delivery

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver orders to the UK. To enquire about delivery to a different destination, please contact us.

Where do you send orders from?

All our orders are sent from our storage facility in Suffolk. If you order a ‘Made-to-Order’ product this will be sent from one of our trusted partners in the UK.

How long does it take for you to send my order?

We aim to send out all orders within 2-3 working days. During busy periods, weekends & bank holidays this could be slightly longer. Please note 'Print-On-Demand' products will take longer as your items will need to be made for you, please look at the product description for more information. 

Do you offer fast delivery?

For our fastest delivery please use our Premium Delivery Option which uses the Royal Mail 24 service. Once your order has been picked this should be with you within 1 working day.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.

Can I track my delivery?

Our standard delivery is untracked. If you chose our Premium Delivery option, we’ll send you details on how to track your order once we have picked it.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Most of our orders fit through standard letter boxes. However if your order cannot be placed though the letterbox Royal Mail will leave your order in a safe place or will attempt delivery another day.

What to do if my order is damaged?

Let us make it right, please email hello@proudsupplies.co.uk - and we’ll get it sorted.

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns? If so, what's your policy?

We try and make returns easy. Send an email to returns@proudsupplies.co.uk, and we’ll walk you through the process. You can read our full return policy here.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we’ve received your return, we aim to process this within 2 working days. We always recommend using a tracked postage method that insures you for the value of the items.
