Delivery Update – November 2022

All of our orders are sent with Royal Mail, due to the upcoming industrial action by Royal Mail staff you can expect delays on the dates below.

We always aim to send out order as soon as we can, but once the order is in the postal system were unable to affect the time it takes for your order to be delivered.

If items are required for a specific date or event, please allow extra time or consider using our Premium Delivery Option which uses Royal Mail 24 (They will be prioritising post sent through this method during strike action and while they catch up with any backlogs).
